As CFO on a new management team, Mike Webber helped restructure, redirect, and develop a struggling firm into a successful, rapidly growing, multi-office, A/E/Design Build firm.

Mike Webber teams with senior managers of firms challenged by extraordinary business situations, providing financial, operations, turnaround, M&A, strategic planning, and special projects support. Among other projects, Mike:

•	Participated in the turnaround of a firm near bankruptcy that now is looking at aquisitions.
•	Serves as part-time CFO for smaller firms.
•	Designed and helped implement real financial imformation systems for use by PMs as well as Principles.
•	Designed and helped implement a bonus system—tied into an ownership transition plan—that focuses attention on, and rewards actual performance.
•	Assumed interim CFO and special projects responsibilities for major Chicago firms.
•	Assisted companies from Washington, DC, to Honolulu.

These successes came by providing management leadership. In addition, he has shared his experience at conferences and on committees of AIA and ACEC.

Mike has an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
